"Fiona was quick to respond, knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. We enjoyed talking with her. Jim was great, funny, friendly and knowledgeable. Four Points Sheraton Lhasa was very nice. Hotel Manasorovar in Shigatse was not good, we would not stay there again. The Jiu Mu Ya Mei Hotel in Shigatse was much nicer"
