"Thank You for the Memorable Trip to Beautiful Xinjiang :)"

Customer name: Sarah Teo, Peggy Pang & Cecelia Lee Group
Nationality: Singaporean
Travel dates: Aug. 28, 2009-Sep. 07, 2009
Itinerary: 9 Days Xinjiang Kanas Lake Tour

Fiona: Prmopt replies, could have provided more info such as weather conditions and variations, as well as connecting problems (eg. internet, international phone calls) in Xinjiang.

Tour Guide: He was always punctual, flexible and accommodating. Oack tried his best especially in the face of unexpected traffic and security restrictions in Urumqi. We thought that he could have explained more about the different places we visited.

Driver: Driver Gao was very skifful and familiar with the routes. He took the initiative to stop or slow down the vehicle to let us take photos. He was very helpful.

Hotels: The two hotels in Hemu village were very poor. It was not clean, no hot water. The Four Seasons Hotel hotel was clean and good but no heater in the room.

Sightseeings: Hemu villages and Kanas Lake are beautiful, nice nature trails. But the ancient stone carving on the way to Kanas was not worth the visit. The Karamay Ghost City and Rainbow Beach were very unique and were worth the visit.

It was overall a good and well-planned itinerary, we like to thank you for the memorable trip to beautiful Xinjiang :)

What Our Customer Say

"The travel advisor Fiona gave excellent description of the tour and had chosen a very good group. Kunga always explained the cultural background of all buddhism monasteries. The driver was very polite and always stopped if I requested for, to take pictures. The bus was not mad for the bumpy roads of Tibet. This is a perfect tour planning!"
