"Rigsang was very Attentive & Good Service"

Customer name: Chen Yoon Kien & Chan Choon Mui Group
Nationality: Malaysia
Travel dates: Sep. 16, 2009-Sep. 24, 2009
Itinerary: 9 Days Classic Tour Lhasa-Gyantse-Shigatse plus Tibet Trekking Tour from Shalu to Nartang via Tibet Train from Lhasa to Shanghai

Fiona provided very useful information for our Tibet tour. Our tour guide Rigsang was very attentive & good service. Service in the Tlaw Tsu Garden Hotel is good, staffs are friendly. But the food provided didn't suit us.

We liked the Potala Palace, Yamdrok Yumtso Lake, Nartang Monastery and the Trekking very much. Sera Monastery is not so interesting. Time allowed for Potala Palace is too short. Linked reading materials on the background of the monasteries, it may be good that to have simple leaflet to introduce the monastery.
